- Changed the way baking sky works (because it was broken with interpolation volumes becoming assets). It's now a dedicated component instead of a flag in a SkySettings
- Updated all test scenes accordingly
- Specified the right RenderPipeline on all our test scenes cameras.

Some namespaces (e.g. NUnit) can't be used unless the script is inside an Editor folder.
This moves the minimum set of files to Editor folders, relative to the original file location.
There may be more files that should be re-arranged.
