Shader graph

Unity branch: graphics/shadergraph

BEFORE COMMITTING: Run hg format on the repository. To run hg format inside of a Git repository (like we are doing here) do the following:

> cd <location of ShaderGraph repository>
> perl ~/unity-meta/Tools/Format/format.pl .
