Add _BLENDMODE_ACCURATE_LIGHTING keyword - change _ENABLE_FOG to _ENABLE_TRANSPARENT_FOG
- rename _LinearFogOoRange as _LinearFogOneOverRange
- add _BLENDMODE_ACCURATE_LIGHTING keyword
- change _ENABLE_FOG to _ENABLE_TRANSPARENT_FOG
- update test scene
- fix issue with refractoinMask not correct by default- rename
