* Added the Magic Book sample
* Added Script Control for AA/Cursor + Optimized Overdraw
* Fix for Magic Book pages
Enabled read/write on the pages (weren't showing up in standalone before), fixed magic book entry in the load menu, cleaned up other mesh import settings, restored the floating rock.
* Re-positioned FPS Counter
