HDRenderPipeline: Allow different keyword by layers
- Add keywork normal, specularocclusion, detailmap, mask to layered
shader
- Remove smoothness in alpha option
- Remove code related to detail heightmap
- Remove the restriction on GUI of layered lit layer 1, 2, 3 matching
